Quick Sat-Sun trip suggestions

Hey y'all - I'll be able to take a quick trip with Joker this weekend. Gonna leave Sat morning and come home Sunday afternoon. Right now I'm looking at Uwharrie or Congaree Nat park - both ~2.5 hrs from Fayetteville.

Any suggestions on where to go in Uwharrie? Looking for good water and no crowds.

Gonna go down by the river if I go to Congaree.

Where's some good backpacking along the coast, with hammockable sites?

i'm not really familiar w/ those trails. i've only backpacked one night last year w/ blackbishiop on the main trail, the uwharrie trail.
but i remember keith saying that the southern end of that trail was less used & less marked when he had used it before, making it hard to follow.
