As promised. Thanks again to everyone here for the help.

Ridgeline is 144", width at the corners is 106", so it's just a bit bigger than a MacCat Deluxe. Weight without line is 14 oz. With plenty of 550, it's 17 oz.

Corners are reinforced with two layers of 1.1 ripstop DWR. Reinforcement patches were sewn on, then the hems were rolled over twice, sewn, and then the grosgrain (7/8") was attached. Tie-outs are 1" Speer webbing (couldn't find any 3/4" D-rings) sewn onto both sides of the corners.

Not quite MacCat slick, but I'm very happy with the result. Thanks again to everyone for the help. I highly recommend the project.

Very nice, Patrick. You should get plenty of use and coverage out of it.

I know it is supposed to be black but it looks more like a dark grey, it blends into the woods well enough. Looks like a dark macat.

Nice job on the tarp. It's a handful, seaming all that material but it looks like you did a fine job.

Hey Patrick,
Having just made tarps myself, I know the pride you feel and the time it took to cut/ stitch/ hem/seam seal/mull over/stare at..... Yours looks really terrific with the green gosgrain. I have not seen that on others. Get it out there and have some "woods" time. Congrats

Very nice job. I like the green trim and reinforcement. I also like the groundhog veiw angle you took the picture from. It makes it look more majestic like a skyscraper from the street.

Thanks, everyone. I originally wanted brown trim, but nobody had brown GGR in stock, so I got the green, which I like. As soon as brown sil-nylon comes back on the market, I'll be making version two with black trim. But that will probably never actually happen :)
