Got a phone call today from JRB after I gave them an old PayPal address to ship to. My mistake. They called me and said that they would send the items I wanted and didn't want me to pay for an additional order. I am astounded!!!! WOW! FANTASTIC customer service!!! When was the last time REI did that?
