I have ordered a few things from Paul at Arrowhead and have always been treated the way I treat my own customers. Well today was no acceptation. I first sent an email with a couple of questions and Paul answered back in just a few. I placed my order and within 30mins had an "items shipped". Man I just love doing business with first class people on this forum. Great Job Paul!!!!:thumbup:
Glad to be able to get your order out quick B, As of well a little over an hour ago we are 100% caught up on all orders. It won't last long, and caught up is becoming more and more rare, but it means that we will be getting most things out pretty quick.
Paul is THE MAN!

I second everyone's paise. Just last week I received a complete new whopie sling suspensionN plus a few other odds & ends, from Paul. Now I'm feeling up to date!

I just wanted to let everyone know that Paul's work is outstanding (as well as his customer service!). I had issues with the Regular Lost River fitting my hammocks and Paul took awesome care of me. The finished under quilt is a thing of beauty and fits perfect, thanks to some creative sewing from Paul. And he got it to me in plenty of time for a planned backpack trip!

There is much to be said for the way Paul interacts on site as well. Nice to see folk who actualy love their craft enough to live and share it (and if they make a good living at it all the better).
