Both my orders from you have arrived very quickly and the craftsmanship is exceptional. The single ridge line and guy lines make hanging and adjusting my tarps so easy. The continuous loops have made it simple for me to use one Whoopie Sling suspension system for all my hammocks. I am very pleased. Thanks for what you do, Stu. :D

I had to say that I too am impressed with your quality and courtesy. I asked a question and had an answer the same day. I wanted something special and you put it together at no extra charge the same day I ordered it. I had it in my little bacon soaked, M&M stained, Mountain House Mac&cheese smellin hands two days later! Nice Whoopies! Thanks---Two Tents

I'll chime in here as well attesting to excellent customer service. SmokeBait offered free toggles so long as you sent a S.A.S.E. to them. I did that and SmokeBait sent them off. Well, apparently the United States Postal Service doesn't much care for New Jersey as I and another NJ member here had not received our toggles. No big deal for me... they were free after all. A few of us joked about the USPS machines probably eating up the envelopes to which SmokeBait replied, "Well the Post Office might not like you NJ folks but I do. Resending a pair to you Syb. They will be in an poly-pro padded envelope. Sorry for the delay." The delay was certainly no fault of SmokeBait's but outstanding customer service was delivered. I received my toggles and they're great, just like the service from this great cottage shop. You gotta love HF!
