Heavy but they have some pretty good ideas.

A 4 point bridge that doesn't sway for one.

Expensive but so is a Clark.

Are they comfy is the ultimate question ??

Looks nice but one for the car campers I think.

I bet it's a good nights sleep in there :)

The suspension lines are 1" _Nylon_ circular webbing. That is climbing webbing which is great for climbing. Not so great for hammocks. The stuff can stretch like a gummy worm. When the stress is released it does not retain its stretched length but springs bak to where it started. Most folks rely on polypro or polyester webbing. Just a thought.

If I'm not mistaken, I think that the treeboat hammocks are designed to be used high off the ground. Maybe that is why they chose the tubular nylon webbing. If I was into multi-pitch tree climbing it might be something I would look into, but if not then I don't think it's a great option. I assume that if you do tree climbing like that you would use a haul bag, but I don't know much about it.

I wasn't so concerned with the material as the style of 4 point suspension it uses and the combination of a bridge yet has the fabric head end raised unlike the totally flat lay of a normal bridge.

Now if the foot end was built like a BMBH you could have the best of both world's. :boggle:

I need to learn how to sew!

I really like their bug net design. But not for $126 :scared:

I've seen these used in california redwoods. good for what they're used for.. I think I can get more bang for my buck with something else. But if I was rock climbing or climbing monstrous trees this'd be great

High Rise Apartments take on a new meaning. You can take the tree climber out of the city but can't take the city out of the tree climbers sleeping habits. Did you see how high up those hammocks are hung:eek:
