Just sharing my approach to handling the times when the mosquitoes and black flies are out in force. This gives you a place to cook, eat, sort gear, dress and basically keep your sanity after the bug hatch. :scared:
The net is made by Outback. This model is the Mombasa two person - bought it at REI a few years ago. It's around 16 oz. but it's worth the weight when the bugs are out. Also seconds as a great pillow. :) --- Despite my trail name, I really do hate bugs just like everyone else.
