Love my 3s pheonix, recently took it to the Linville Gorge and it got a little wet at camp. It still lofts fine but it occured to me that I will need to clean it at some point. Ive got a few questions, is it necessary to clean it every time it gets wet and whats the best method to clean it so that the quilt and down isnt damaged? Thanks for any help.

No, you don't have to clean it until it loses loft or stinks. :)
When it is finally time to clean, use a good cleaner like ReviveX (http://www.mcnett.com/ReviveX-Down-Cleaner-P175.aspx).

I would think you would clean it like any down sleeping bag.
