I received a GT UL on Monday. It's my first. Spent some time in it Tuesday night. So far, so good.
My first order of business is to do a bit of a suspension upgrade. I used the stock suspension Tuesday, and while it's bombproof, it's a bit fiddly, having to tie and untie knots to get the length/height desired.
I can see why other suspension types are well-liked.
I have whoopie slings on mine, and absolutely love this hammock. I've slept good in it every time!!

can't wait to try it out. i think ill stick with the knots for awhile. really depends on how much use it will be getting.

I got mine on amazon about 8 months ago or so for $16 and some change with free shipping. Never slept in it but I do find it to be quite comfy for lounging. Its been hanging on my backyard trees for months and months. Rain, snow, sleet, bird crap, Its seen it all and still holding up fine, haha. I do have some wear in it, nothing to be worried about. Probably just from my knife clip or something.
I wish I found these as comfortable as many do. I'd have 10 for the price of a blackbird, haha.
