I just unpacked my new custom brown sil Ultra and love this hammock. It's perfect for my needs and made very well! I can't wait to hang under it.

One question though; I've never seam sealed pretty much anything before so pardon my ignorance but will the seam sealing material Brian uses be less sticky over time? I noticed the tarp sticks together in the center until I pull it off the seam sealer. It's not a problem but I was just curious if it would become less sticky over time.

Thanks!
Perry

sprinkle the seam sealer with something like baby powder and it won't stick to the tarp

I used talcum powder for a quick fix even though I expected it to lose the stickiness in time.

I just brushed it on with a Q-tip to keep from getting it everywhere. Less is better.

No matter how much you use,,you can wipe or pop it off when you hang it,,

Johnson 'n' Johnsons is talcum, the plain one (I got mine from the travel section in Walmart)! Just make sure whatever you use doesn't have any corn starch in it as the CS will attract the crawlers!
