I sent an email asking about a custom length singe line tarp ridgeline length because I'm heading up to a big tree forest in Oregon soon. He shot me back that he could do it and how to handle the shopping cart/payment.
At 1:31 I sent my order. At 2:10, I received a tracking number with note saying he had made my custom work and added the other things I needed and sent it!
That has got to be a record! Thank you Stu at Whoopieslings.com

By the way, thank you to whomever moved this thread. I didn't realize that Whoopieslings.com was listed under "Manufacturers and Services" and had posted it originally in an inappropriate subgroup.

I had the pleasure of meeting Stu at the Arkansas Hang. Great guy!

Yep...Stu is one of the most passionate people I know when it comes to outstanding customer service. Great products and fair pricing too -- what's not to like!?
I was going to order some amsteel and make some whoopie slings and a tarpline, but once I saw his site and his pricing, I figured I would just get proffesoinally made ones.
And yeah, the reply and then the confirmation emails happened right quick and the order was confirmed in the mail less than 11 hours later.
The post office screwed up a delivery of toggles from Stu. When I let him know about it he got another set out to me right quick. **** good service from him. You gotta love the cottage shops here.
Day or night, rain or shine, Stu is the man!
