Several weeks ago I ordered a pair of flyz and hooks and when I received my order a hook was missing. I dropped Dutch a note and he quickly sent me an additional pair of hooks. Awesome customer service.

Everyone messes up! It's how you deal with that mess up that matters most. Dutch you've proven many times you make it right in the end.
