So I call Marty up yesterday (Monday) and ask if he could have a couple bugnets to me by Friday. He said he's super swamped but would see what he could do. I get a telephone call today at work (Tuesday). It's Marty and he's on the way to the post office with my Bugnets. Can't be beat.

Marty has built quite a reputation for his customer service. Ive never seen a bad review for it.

I've had the same experience the couple times I've ordered from him. I plan to order another tarp from him this summer!

i can not say enough about his service skills. i feel that if you were close enough to him, hed drive what youd ordered out too you. he has been #1 on my CS recommendation list ever since my first order, and i think ive owned about 10 of his products in my hanging career. not to mention the quality is spot on perfect.
