This Group Buy will run in the following phases:

Order Phase: March 22 – March 31
Payment Phase: April 1 – April 7
Waiting Phase: 3 Weeks from order
Shipping Phase: 1 – 2 weeks from order receipt

Cost will be based on total badges ordered * $0.50 per badge plus shipping and handling
Minimum Group Order: 200
Minimum Personal Order: 20
Order in increments of 10 after the initial 20 (20, 30, 40, ...)
Final cost will be calculated based on total number ordered + Shipping (Approx $15.00) / # of Buyers + PayPal Fee (2.9% + $.30) + Your Shipping ($5.35 USPS Priority for a small flat rate box)
Payment will be accepted through Paypal
Shipping will be USPS Priority $5.35 for a small flat rate box.
Badges will be made by The Moritz Embroidery Works Inc.

This is a really good way to introduce hammock hanging to a troop. Nothing motivates a Scout more than a badge to add to his collection. And it is fun, they usually walk away with a DIY hammock and a way to stay out of the mud when it rains.

Not sure what the problem is, all of the ones posted work for me. If you want I or someone else can be the relay if you want to post on here what you want.

Need: Member Name, Troop, Location, Quantity (20 is minimum)

Right now they are up to 440 which they listed makes them 85 cents each
but it is showing for my 30 it will cost me $22.20. My math that makes them 74 cents each so not sure which is correct but either way it is great to get another order placed!

The calcs are correct. Shipping to you is the same if you order 20 or 40 badges ($5.35). So the more badges you order the lower cost per badge. Shipping from the vendor should be pretty close, but I will get a final shipping cost once we get a number to them. As of now final prices should be pretty close.

Gotcha... that was where I went wrong. I wasn't taking into account the same shipping charge for different amounts. Just wanted to make sure you weren't getting shorted!

Today is the Last day to order. Tomorrow I will lock down ordering and finalize costs. Then I will stand up the payment process.

I have contacted the embroider and confirmed all costs, and time. I will need to get all payments in before 4/07 so that I can get an order placed to meet the printing schedule.
