Eno doublenest, fly, and bug net questions

I've only used an ENO for lounging. My buddy got an eno fly ( the four stake one) and a guardian bug net. I put a CRL on the ridgeline but the rest of it is all stock.

Our problems:
The guy lines on the tie outs of the tarp seem to stretch?
We clipped the bug net to the CRL but when he got in the hammock it threw the tarp out of whack.
I tried putting an adjustable structural ridge line in between the stock biners but I couldn't seem to get that right. And no idea on a starting length.
What are the tag lines on the ends of the bugnet for?

Any pictures would be great. I have no idea where to begin as I dont have any ENo experience and he has even less.

for me personally, all i use is the setup you have. I tend to pitch my tarp seperate from the hammock and net. when i used the bug net this weekend, all i did was hang the hammock, run the supplied ridgeline that came with the net above the hammock and attach the netting onto it. (of course i had to feed the hammock through the net). But normally i don't use a ridgeline at all. Had i needed a tarp, i would have hung it about a foot above everything. As far as the guylines on the tarp, i just tie the crap out of them, and occasionally you have to re tighten them, but thats part of camping. you can always swap them out for some different cordage. in bad weather, i don't use the tieouts, i stake them directly to the ground.

For a starting point on figuring out your rideline length on your hammock, is to measure it from gathering point to gathering point (of material) and than take 83% of that as your starting point for your ridgeline.

As for the bugnet. I just run my suspension of my hammock out through the openings on the ends of the bugnet and then let my ridgeline hold it up. If it's the one I'm think it is, it's made to be on it's own suspension line (who needs to mess with another line :rolleyes:). At least that's how my Eno Guardian works.

You can always change out your tieouts on your tarp if they're too stretchy for your liking.

If your using the eno slap strap (tree straps)....I'd trash those or return them. They are the stretchiest darn straps I've ever seen or used. A total waste IMO.

I use a 101" ridge line. I use a small loop from my bug net (if you see where the black tag lines are attached to the bug net you will see a small black loop, that is what I attach the other loop to) and attach it with #1 S biner to a pursik attached to my whoopies. As far as the black line on the end of the bug net I use it to tie my bug net ends.

My tarp is attached to a CRL with a #2 S biner with pursiks.

Looking at Whoopie Slings tie outs with silicone tubing, keeps them tight all night! Also there are some DIY mods using a shock cord to keep them tight.
