New Forum Feature - Embed YouTube Videos.

There has been a new feature added to the forum that allows you to embed you tube video directly into a post so that you can watch them right from the thread.

All you have to do is either use the entire URL or just the video ID along with the tags: .

Here's an example:
Use the video ID from the YouTube URL in your browser.
For example, http://youtube.com/watch?v=U-lt3vVA-4I

Also, you can double click on the video window embedded in the thread and it will take you to that video on the YT website.

Please keep the videos posted in the general forum hammock related. Non hammock related videos can be posted in the Member's Lounge (http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/showthread.php?t=4188).

Bump, seen a lot of first time videos that were links instead of embedded. I posted my first videos recently and found this info for having the video in the thread as opposed to just a link

Nope. Can't figure this one out. I can just put the embed code from YT in the post, but it doesn't show the video window. Maybe after I view the code it might.
