I'm considering hiking the Florida Trail from Three Lakes WMA to Ft. Christmas and would like to know if the trail paralles SR 419 and SR 520 from US 192 to SR 528 or is it all road hiking? I have FTA Map 23 &24 and it looks like its all road hiking.

From Three Lakes WMA to 192 near Deer Park, it's not along side the road. After that, it is. It follows 419 north to 532, then to 520. It goes through Tosohatchee State Preserve, but not for long, then west and up to Christmas, FL along Taylor Creek Rd. Most of the roads are very light traffic, except 520, but it has a sidewalk. It not the best the FNST has to offer, but there are tenting opportunities at each river crossing.
