After about 2 years, my synthetic uq was not working right. Knowing it should have been out of warranty, I contacted Marty to see if he thought I could replace the insulation myself. Marty wound up replacing it himself, cheaper than I could get the material for and very quickly.As always great service from Marty. Really stands behind his products and will work with you on the way you want things done. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to piggyback on this thread... just got a pkg in from WL and I have to say that his products are of the highest standards and like so many before me have already stated.... the customer service is top notch... I have called a few times and he has picked up the phone every time. Marty answered all my questions and had my stuff at my front door 2 days later....
Its refreshing that a company over delivers on a consistent basis.
