Being new to hanging, I purchased a HH Scout and started researching a better way to to hang it. This website and others recommended Whoopie Slings. I took a chance.
I placed an online order and within 15 minutes, I got an email to clarify my order. It turns out I misread how to order and ordered 2 sets instead of one. He said no problem, he thought I might have made an error and within another 15 minutes he reimbursed my Paypal account for my error.
To make things even better, I received them today (Wednesday) and installed them with no problems using Whoopie Sling's video on YouTube.
Wow.. in my 40+ years, I don't think I've dealt with such great customer service.. Thanks so much.
