After much angst over whether to order a camo or solid tarp and which options to get, I finally ordered a brown tadpole on March 7. Beautiful day here in SC today, the husband went for a motorcycle ride and I'm piddling around the house, trying to decide what I want to do. Went and got the mail and THERE IS MY TADPOLE!:D:D:D. Happy dance, happy dance! That answered the question of what I was going to do today! Two day turnaround! Just validates my feeling that there was a Tadpole with my name on it just waiting for me to order it! It's beautiful and I love it. Thanks, Marty! Of course I'm sleeping outside tonight. I haven't seam sealed it yet, but it isn't supposed to rain.

Hey girl, that will have to be easier to handle than what you usually use, bet you're gonna love it.

i've been using mine for 2 + years and i have not seam sealed mine yet.
dang thing is as waterproof as ever!
i did seal the pull outs on my OMW but the ridge seams are tight.
i use a CRL under my tarps to help reduce tension along the tarp ridge line.
a CRL also reduces condensation precipitation.

Yes, it was much easier to deal with than the giant Kelty!:D

Thanks. Right now I have it on a CRL. I got the pull-outs, so I will at least seam seal those, and will probably do the ridgeline while I'm at it.

Tadpole is a great tarp. I love mine, and know that anyone, including yourself will be very happy with it. I did turn mine inside out, and sealed the ridge seam. Most seem to have no problems with a leak, but I did have some small drops on the under side of the TadPole before sealing. No big leak, but I didn't want to chance it. It's seamed and now I don't have to even think about it.......RR
