Will be hanging in a BB by middle of next month I hope, but was wondering whether anyone knew whether a KAQ would fit the BB?

I don't know, but I have a synthetic homemade one I will be able to try. I'm thinking not - it looks to me like the footbox on the BB is different shaped than the HH asym.

I use these to hold the UQ over the footbox. Cut the straps off so I had just the attachments on the ends, and then rigged a piece of utility cord between the two clips. It lays over the ridgeline, and clips to the UQ on both sides of the hammock to hold it up and keep coverage over the footbox on the BB.

I saw those in use on FF's hammock at Mt. Rogers. Very ingenious.

I didn't notice those Finn...very groovy.
I will have to p/u some to modify my DIY UQ for 3 season use with my BB

What happens in the hammock, stays in the hammock!

That is so wrong... :scared:

...but funny!

Kinda like what one of my cousin's teenage kids declared recently:

"Never underestimate the impossible!"
