Because I'm focusing on direct sales only and don't distribute to any big retail stores, it was extremely important to me that our website be as awesome as possible - so I'm glad you like it! Every Trek Light Gear product purchased online is bought through TrekLightGear.com (with the exception of when I throw a couple hammocks up for a steal on EBay), so hopefully everyone else likes the experience as well.
I'm continuing to build Trek Light Gear through word of mouth and grassroots exposure, without the help of big box retail, and that's not always an easy path to take. Which is why I appreciate the referrals and support that I get from HammockForums so much!

Just to note that this coupon DID NOT work on February 15th at 10 am in the morning. I just tried to order one but the coupon at check out was listed as expired. It is frustrating when you go through setting up an order and only at the very end do you discover this was not accurate.

Since I decided a double was a good idea but wanted to shop around a little, I found The Travel Hammock Double Parachute Nylon Hammock with the same specs available without a coupon for $42 at Amazon with free shipping.

Hokie - sorry to hear you had a problem using the coupon. Since it was a Valentine's Day sale, when I said it 'ends on the 15th' what I meant is that I set it to expire at midnight of Valentine's Day (the 15th). I can definitely see what I said could be confusing though so I apologize. I also didn't have time this morning to take down the message on our website talking about the sale so that didn't help.
Just know for future reference that you (and anyone else on the forums) should never worry about a trivial issue like that, I would never tell a customer that I wouldn't honor a coupon because you missed it by a day or because I mis-communicated the details. I make myself available in every way possible, so you can always send me an email, post here or call me up and I'll help you out immediately in any way I can.
It sounds like you already found a deal you like better, but as some food for thought: I'm extending the V-Day sale for four days since it was one of our most successful early season sales yet. The coupon is again active and will stop working on Wednesday night at 11:59pm. I can't beat the price that Amazon offers, but the fact that you're buying direct and your purchase will directly support the Hammock Forums (see my 1% for the Hammock Forums post) is hopefully a good enough reason to think about it.
