A friend of mine might be interested in this one. I know that Hana Hanger uses it. Does anyone have any good pictures/reviews of this hammock? There's not a lot of images of them on Google.

Hana_Hanger was nice enough to upload some pictures of her Siam hammock in the gallery, for anyone who's interested.

I don't know if they are even for sale anymore, but at least the images are there for anyone who may want to use them to make something similar.

HI everyone...the problem with the Siam Hammock was the USA seller was very aggressive and at times I am told rude. So I am not sure one can purchase The Siam Hammock anymore...which is a shame. The web site appears to be down.
BUT...the Mosquito Hammock both sold on his site as well as on JRB is very close in a lot of ways. Only it is not as open in the netting area...but the second liner and webbing and stitching are indentical. The tarp is very different, the Siam's is very well designed in that it serves as a big rain poncho as well.

Here is some info and possible name to buy one if available.

The Siam Hammock is made with solid nylon fabric that supports the user below the tip-over point. Plastic end rods support the zippered bug net, which is removable, allowing the hammock to be used as a lounge chair. The separate rain fly has a hood on one end and can double as a rain poncho. The hammock can be set up between supports in the traditional manner or in several tent configurations for use on the ground.

The Siam Hammock is 3.8 feet wide, 8.5 feet long, and can support up to 265 pounds. The rain fly is 5.2 feet wide and 9.8 feet long. Together they weigh 3.7 pounds.

The Siam Hammock camping system is made in Bangkok, Thailand and imported into North America by John and Lynn McConnell of J & L Merchandising in Nampa, Idaho

The second link has some great photos....look at the rain tarp/poncho...anyways that is all the info I have. So it appears to be on sale for $179 ...check ebay once in awhile that is where I found mine.
