Getting together for another monthly Lake Superior Bushcrafters gathering and hang. Last weekend it was frigid in Finland MN with sub zero wind chills and there were only a few of us there. After adjusting the winter set up I am looking forward to getting right back out there.

Not sure if we'll have a specific topic but maybe we'll make snow shoes. I have also spoken with a few people about doing a hide tanning demo. Anyways, I look forward to seeing who shows up. Happy Turkey Day Everyone!

Hope you get a few people out in the woods with you, sounds like you got a good thing going! Love it when i hear about people teaching the old skills!

We are trying to get together the second weekend of every month to practice various bushcrafting skills or anything of that nature. Now that it's almost December, It would be a good time to get pulks or toboggans assembled and maybe a set of snow shoes.

With the Wisconsin Winter Hang and MN Frozen Butt Hang coming up, maybe you want to come learn to make a camp chair or cooking crane to maneuver all those big heavy cook pots around the fire. Maybe you want to learn to make your own tip ups for ice fishing. The best time to get out to the woods is all the time! :)

Plan on bringing your pulks. Currently have anywhere from 8-12 on the ground with another 6-12 predicted for today.

I heard Two Harbors hos over 33 inches on the ground. Completely different than 2 weeks ago with sub zero temps and no snow.
