Doesn't have to be anything special, but must meet certain criteria:
-Be in good shape. It's a gift for somebody, but the price of a new tarp is out of the question.
-Not be an Asym tarp.
-At least a 10.5' ridgeline
And now the hard one...
-Not cost more than $50.
I have an ENO Pro fly I can let go for $50. I only used it 4 times.
I have a band new ENO pro fly. 10' 6" x 6' 4". Only issue is it's never been used and retails at $79.95. I'm willing to work a trade with cash or just a trade. I'm not pressed to get rid of it but I'd like to help you out.

If you can wait until they restock it, the 11x11 guide gear tarp could be a good buy within your budget. Then you would have to seam-seal it, which will cost $5 and some elbow grease. Or try the 12x12 "with leaky seams" above, and reseal it more carefully. I used to have a GG "emergency shelter" tarp and really liked it. Sold it to get a smaller and lighter one, but I really miss that GG. You can see a good thread about that tarp here: https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/showthread.php?t=73936.
