Considering how many people have switched to alcohol stoves, anyone have a jet boil sol they'd like to part with?

Dont go with the jetboil way to big, heavy, and bulky when compaired to the other ultra light stoves like the msr pocket rocket or even the $8.00 camp folding stove that comes in the orange box on eBay.

This is mainly going to be used for a month long motorcycle trip to Alaska. Size isn't really the issue. What I need/want is something that will work, is quick, and simple. For backpacking, I think I'd go with an alcohol stove. But for this trip, at least, I think the jetboil is the best way to go.

$5 Stove (http://www.amazon.com/Ultralight-Backpacking-Canister-Ignition-silvery/dp/B004U8CP88/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1391887570&sr=8-1&keywords=Chinese+camp+stove) I actually bought from the seller JOGR. Purchased several.

Jetboil Stabilizer (http://www.amazon.com/Jetboil-Pot-Support-Stabilizer-Kit/dp/B000NMBLDU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1391887701&sr=8-1&keywords=Jetboil+stabilizer+kit)

My thoughts:
The $5 stove works great, AND you can adjust flame level for simmering.
The $5 stove means balancing a cup/pot on top.
The $5 works very well with Jetboil fuel in sub 30 temps.
The $5 stove w/ Jetboil canister benefits greatly from the Jetboil stabilizer legs.

The Jetboil cup attaches to the stove, great for carrying around.
The Jetboil cup attaches to the stove, higher center of gravity, can be tippy.
The Jetboil stove w/Jetboil canister is much more stable with the Jetboil stabilizer legs.
The Jetboil does not have an adjustable flame. (Pls fix this Jetboil)
The Jetboil is great for boiling water, not so great for cooking. (Max heat on cup...read their website)

Loving the $5 stove and may just drop the bucks for an ollicamp with heat exchanger cup and still have less than $30 invested.

If Jetboil had an adjustable flame, it would have me considering spending $50-$70. At $100-$120, not so much. I really like the ease of use of the Jetboil, the attachment of the cup to stove.

Note:
Ti version is for water boiling only.

Wow. That looks like a great deal. I ordered 2, just because. If it's half what the reviews say, I'm good to go.

Thanks.
