I did it a couple years ago. Not a bad trail. I would suggest starting at Jumping Off Rock. Wish I could join you but I will out of the area.

It's a good section to hike. I hiked it back in October with the 3 Rivers Land trust annual thru hike. a good section it is. It has also been completed
