Jax, just took a look at your pics. Could the angle on the back leg be a little steep? Possibly a bit of sanding or planeing of the upper tip of the back leg would allow it to spread more. Can't really see the angle of the side legs but they should be able to be adjusted the same way. Maybe hpyfngy will give his opinion since he was the first to utilize the angled tops. On initial set up my can be somewhat wobbly before getting all of the legs spread and positioned. Also if the suspension between the hinge shackle or attachment down to the toprail isn't plumb it will will want to pull the opposite end over.
