Haha, sold out already?! Awesome!
It seems like a new cottage shop has officially been born. 'grats! :D
This is a great idea and I hope it's a successful one. Any chance you'd be willing to do the shells with the other fabrics available if people have them drop shipped to you?
You are providing a service I did not realize I needed. I planned on a diy quilt eventually but using one of your shells will save me lots of effort any give me a better quality quilt than if I made it entirely myself.
What an interesting idea for a business plan. Are you going to offer custom lengths and widths and/or materials?
I think you may be onto something. I wish you great success.
nice to see LB :) the site looks good and I was not expecting it until the new year :) good work and a GREAT IDEA :)
Sent you and email with a few questions. Found the old farm quilts that my great grandma made, lots of soft downy goodness to use :) so I will be making myself a summer UQ .
Could you send me a picture of your new underquilt? I would appreciate it. I'll put it on my refrigerator door. Oh, and the website too.[/QUOTE]
Will do - I should have a picture later this week.
What a great idea. Congrats on the new business.
All the best.
Thank you, Kyle!
Thanks SwinginIt. Yes, see the post with SGT Rock.
Thank you Repete! Thats why I came up with the idea of shells. Everybody's happy and you get to see the inside of the uq and prime it with your own down. Anyone can sew a small section, even by hand. I did that once with a needle and thread - took 30 minutes.
Thank you, SGT Rock! I will do custom lengths and widths for an extra charge of $10.00. If someone wants to send me their materials it's a flat charge of $30.00 - you pay shipping though.
Thanks - mail sent back to you with answers. Those old quilts are nice. They'll make a dandy uq.

Thanks! I like to see my work completed.
Thanks Redoleary!
