Adustable Webbing
Thee days ago I received my 1.7 single layer Traveler Hammock I unthinkingly set it up the adjustable webbing wrong and damaged the adjustable webbing. The hammock fell down to ground in the dark of night crushing the Winter Yeti below me. Brandon has promised to send me a new set of straps to replace the damaged straps which were totally stripped and frayed. Great service, Thanks Brandon. I will be waiting for the replacement adjustable webbing to fix the suspension on the Traveler hammock. Thanks Brandon for the costumer service..

O noes. I would like to see some pics. Im curious as to how a 200 lb man can tear webbing on the first hang. Brandon is top notch.

Yeah me too, at nearly 300lbs. if your slippery hitch's loop isn't long enough you can hit the ground quick. No wear and tear to the hammock though, just to my bones :scared:. More info would be appreciated especially if it saves a hammock out on the trail.

I just badly frayed the straps because I set it up in the dark the wrong way. It was my fault. I didn't align the straps through the cinch properly..There was damage to the hammock. It looked like the straps got pulled sideways through the cinch and were frayed. I really like the adjustable webbing I just didn't follow the instructions correctly. I am glad that Brandon is sending me a new set of straps to replace the set I damaged. The hammock worked great. I ordered another one for my brother.
