Stuff Sac/Pillow
I don't know if anyone has already posted this :confused:but:
I made a simple stuff sack with $4 worth of materials. I got one yard of camo fleece and a pair boot laces. The fleece is nice and soft and makes a purrfect pillow and the boot lace is used as the draw cord. I've replaced most of the draw cords on my bags with boot laces (I can't use a draw cord as a bootlace). I keep extra socks, hats, etc. in this stuff sack. If you wanted to, you could take a regular stuff sac and sew the fleece on the inside. And then at night just turn the sack inside out and fill it with clothes for a pillow.:D

Great idea! The fleece feels especially cozy when it's really cold out!

And, just in case you're not a DIY'er and like the sounds of this - Therm-a-Rest makes this very same thing. Waterproof silnylon on the outside with fleece liner. I like to use it as my sleeping bag stuff sack, then toss a couple items of clothing in the stuff sack, fleece side out, for a pillow.
But if you are a DIY'er, this is an excellent project.
