Last week I ordered a winter incubator. Can't wait.
Oct 30 I ordered a summer burrow and summer incubator, and told them to take their time, since, as you might have noticed, it's late fall and i don't need it till summer!
Nov. 8, I ordered a 3-season 900F CrowsNest and a 3-season 900F Burrow. I'm hopping to have them before Christmas (they are my gift from my wife, she just doesn't know it yet ;) ).
Ordered a Winter Incubator 900 with 2 oz overfill, on 11/12 - Good response to my emails considering how much they have going on.
Ordered a Winter Incubator with 900 fill on November 4th.
Ordered a Summer Crowsnest with 900-fill on 28th Oct. Received notification today from USPS that shipping order was received.
My WBBB took 8 business days to make it down to the Wide Brown Land, so I should get the UQ next week.
All in all, this was MUCH faster than I expected, but why was it left to USPS to keep me updated?
Yeah...yeah...I'm sure it'll be worth it and I'll forget all my woe's after the first nights sleep.
I ordered a 3 Season Incubator with 900 fill on 11/13/10. Anxious to test it out.
We set it up for USPS to send the shipping update to guarantee the correct address and tracking number for us, so there's no error on our part. In this way, we also get the shipping confirmation on our end so we know exactly when the customer is notified. It cuts down on liability and human error. Hope that helps. Thanks, Russ!
