I did a bit research in the forum and also had a look on the BIAS website, but I'm missing something like a guideline that explains what differentiates the different BIAS hammock models and generally offers a bit help when making a choice.
So what exactly are the differences and why should I pick one model over the other?
I'm sure the BIAS boys will chime in later but the difference I found was the fabric weight. I have the WWM double and love it. I will be ordering a single Camper soon. Great products and quality.
I am sure they will chime in but my .02 is that they have larger and smaller ( length and width) as well as the material used. Some people like the feel of certain fabrics, but mainly people choose material based on needs. If you are one to be rough on your equipment or like me I am 250lbs and have an 8yo that camps with me. I selected the camper because it was the strongest and( at the time) the widest. If you are on the smaller side and can treat your equipment well then you can go with the thinner and lighter materials. My camper is my goto Hammock I love it. If you combine the quality you get with the service and price its hard to beat BIAS. IMHO

I spent a lot of time debating between a WWM and a WW (both single layer). In the end I went with a WW for a few of reasons:
1. I liked that the WW came in silver. I've really liked the color since they introduced it.
2. The WW was a little wider than the WWM.
3. I'm not a gram weenie (yet) so I didn't mind the extra 0.5-1 ounces that the WW weighs over the WWM.
4. I wanted the slightly heavier fabric from the WW--see number 3.

Ah, I didn't see the hammock guide. So basically it's the same hammock, just different weights and widths. Thanks!
They are all the same as far as build goes. I go back and forth on using a WW double (1.1 oz) and a single layer camper (1.9 oz). I kayak camp more than backpack, so weight isn't a big factor with my setups.(to an extent) We are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel in getting caught up after I had to go out of town for two weeks due to the day job. We have not yet added the Campus Lounger to the Buyer's Guide, but here's a quick rundown on it:
Length - 132 inches
Width - 56 inches
Weight - 9.5 ounces
Capacity - 250 lbs.
Materials - Polyester taffeta (not ripstop). This is a soft, low stretch material.
The double layer will add 100 lbs. of capacity. The double weighs about 19 ounces (roughly double the weight of the single).
