The straps are near horizontal. Aren't the BB's straps meant to be around 30degrees?

Looks great. Personally, I like to keep my camp and gear away from the sand. It gets in everything. I'm sure the BB would hold up to the sand, but one sand camp can leave its impact on your gear for years to come. My recommend, set up a mat to rest on in the sand, but find some inland trees.
