So a buddy and I were trying to convince our girlfriends to go on a small overnight or couple night canoeing trip down the Rappahanock in VA. Neither of them are campers or paddlers by any stretch. My buddy's girlfriend was fairly easily convinced so long as it wasn't too hot or too buggy (we stick with the disclaimer that we have no way to predict bugs but that "it shouldn't be too bad'. :shades:. My girlfriend initially said she wasn't too sure because she had never paddled before. I eased her worries on that and then asked her how she wanted to camp. (She never has really taken to the hammock for more than a relaxing 30 minute stint). Her only response was to laugh and tell me that I better get another hammock because she was stealing mine. Yea....I found a keeper.:D
