I see my tie downs are 1" polyester webbing used from a ratchet kit. I noticed a lot d people are using 2" is it for the trees sake or safety/sake?
Newbie needs idea for hammock straps.
So if I lay diagonal, it is relatively flat. Although, it feel like my legs want to tip out one direction the. My shoulders want to roll out in the opposite direction. The sag is kind of flat. I may toy with making t more banana shape.
Could it just be too short of a hammock? It said 109 IIRC. Either way its still comfy. Just not sure IDE trust an overnighter in it. Ill be taking this thig with me on vacation next week!

Ah ok. Yea I was using a huge bed sheet as a hammock before I bought this one. No complaints though since the price was right. Ill definitely look Into a bigger size before I try any overnighters. Mainly want to try it for cycle touring.
