Expanded DIY section -Omni Tape and Shock Cord

Hey all. Well for some of us Spring is on the way, for others your buried up to your nose in snow. Either way I am dreaming of summer hiking and that means you need gear right. I have been watching all the group buys for materials and supplies and have been able to get my hands on some good deals for some supplies that overflow my demand on them, so I have extra and so I have expanded the DIY Materials section of AHE.

I have over 100 yards of 3/4 inch Omni Tape Velcro on the way that should arrive next week. About 40 foot of 1 inch OTV on hand and another roll on the way. And I have just shy of 1000 feet of 3/32nd shock cord on hand for those that missed Mr Prez's sale last week.

This is not a group buy, these are new products that I have added to the AHE Store. And will be on hand and available at all times for the DIY folks. Only requirement is I want to see pictures posted of projects. :D

paul how do you attach omni tape?

single line of stitching ...er a injected ply mono filament all the way around the edge works great.

thanks paul. I am thinking of putting some on a poncho liner and adding a draw cord channel at one end to close up a footbox.
