Yes, The Superfly is huge, no better tarp for bad weather.
With an 11' ridgeline, your Superfly will certainly accommodate your 10' hammock. Remember, your 10' hammock isn't 10' when hung up, that's it's finished length. When you hang, you have sag in the hammock so you have more than enough room. The SF has kept me dry in my 11' DIY gathered end and my 10' bridge hammock (which hangs with a whole lot less sag in it).
It covers my 11 foot hammock with room to spare. I have actually gotten three hammocks under it with the pole mod.
