I bought a RevX20 at the last sale and absolutely love it. Packs small, well made and super warm. You can't go wrong with EE gear :)
Now I'm wondering what the replacement will be to the X line.....

Do you have any RevoltX 20* or 30* that are ready to ship? I'm not too concerned about colors.
EE products are excellent, so anyone on the fence - now's the time to pull the trigger.
I used the RevoltX 30* w/small pad, and the the RevelationX 20° down to 23° last year - warm and toasty. It's crazy, there doesn't seem much to them, they pack down so small, but extremely effective/warm.
The best purchase I made in 2013 was my RevX 10*. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service to match. I'm starting to feel like a commercial.

Just ordered a RevX 0* with an extra 2 oz. I love the idea of it being a double use quilt.
May have to treat myself to an early Christmas present. EE should be very proud of the reputation they've built.
I ordered my son one of the ready to ship topquilts last night. I was amazed at how fast I received the confirmation and shipping notice last night. I noticed the product description lists a couple of different type of pad straps. Is it obvious the way the different types are used? Anyone know of any videos on youtube showing the use? I searched and found videos of people describing how great the quilts are, but I couldn't find anything showing the straps.

I have the RevX 20 myself and love it. I'm really curious about the new Enigma line. Does anybody have any info on how they are?
Love my 10 degree rev x. Considering going ahead and getting a 40 degree rev x.
Really obvious. They're pretty much the same, except one is a stretchy strap (thing big elastic) and the other a strap you can cinch. They both clip to you quilt with the same hardware and go under your sleeping pad to secure both of them together.Quote:

Thanks for the feedback. That's what I figured. I've heard great things about Tim's customer service but same-day shipping on black Friday seemed a bit unreasonable to expect.
It's tough to not get anxious when waiting for new gear. I really do try... honest...
I ordered my ready to ship quilt on the 26th (if I remember correctly it was very late on the evening of the 26th) and I received it on Monday the 2nd. Given the Holiday on Thursday I thought it was very fast. Just wish I had ordered a 2nd one now (first one is a gift).
I placed my order on the 28th, shipping notice came on the 3rd. Should be here tomorrow
Had 200 quilts sold during that sale. We were closed wed-sun so we've been cranking this week to get em out. This many quilts will take some time but we're getting after it.

My quilt came yesterday, very well made. I slept out in the yard last night and it worked great.

Mine is on its way. Our temps hit 80* today so I'm not sure when I'll get to try the 0* + overfill quilt. Fortunately not even I am that cold of a sleeper.
