My basis will be a DIY Grizzbridge and I'll modify it from there. Even the initial planning it's looking like I'll need a couple of prototypes before the final version as well. Materials alone shouldn't be too bad, but the work you have to put into it definitely is the killer.

I think you will see special trees being developed through biological gene splicing. You will be able to walk out into the forest and trees will have adjustable suspensions hanging from their trunks. The tree canopies will be waterproof when it rains and open up for sunshine or shade depending on temperatures. There will be a spigot on the side of the tree with fresh filtered drinking water. A hot water tap will be available also, so you don't need to boil water any longer..............or maybe just skinnier ropes?
