I just learned this from some other forum members a week ago, if you send the paypal payment as a gift there are no fees.
Please note this section of the HF Terms Of Service (TOS)...
I. No 'PayPal Gift Only' or 'PayPal Personal Only' payment requirements are allowed in sales.
