2QZQ website is not working

We are having issues with our website and it will be off line for another couple of days. Hopefully Monday sometime will have the site up an working again...but we really don't know.

If you want to place an order, please email us at [email protected] with a phone number to call if in the USA or Canada. If international or you don't want to give a phone number, please email us and we can continue the order process via emailing. OK...now it looks like some can connect to our website, while others can't. I just discovered that I can connect using phone data...but not with our home wifi. I turned of the wifi on my phone and I was able to connect to our website. Confusing.
I am in communication via email with the person working on this issue. Hopefully the mystery will be solved soon...but probably not until Monday.

Hi All,
I am now able to connect to our website from our home desk top! Those of you that were not able to connect with a hard connection or WiFi...would you mind checking again to see if you can now connect?

We are now having the same problem again. We can't not access through internet again. Very frustration! It looks like access via Data isn't a problem. Some are able to access via internet and some can't.

There are still issues with some ISPs...we still can't access our website through our ISP. Tim is working with both our web host and SiteLock. It is a slow process because Tim has to work, and fit all this in after work hours. When all said and done...we might need to change our web host and or SiteLock.

Again...if you want to place an order, but can't, please try another ISP if possible...or use your phone with data, not WiFi. Or, contact us via a PM or email at [email protected]

So far so good...We have been able to access our website on our desktop since this morning!! Hopefully we have finally had the issues resolved...although...I'm not holding my breath!:)

Anyone that wasn't able to access our website...if you would want to try again and let us know, that would be great!

I can get on the website with Chrome browser...and Safari

Hi Donna,

I can access your website on my desktop (Windows 10, Chrome Browser) and my Fire tablet (Android, Chrome Browser) using Spectrum internet

Still can't access website. Firefox and ISP is Comcast in Virginia.

same here, I'm using safari on a Mac and have charter as my internet. I tried on my phone and could not access it while connected to my wifi, but once I turned the wifi off I was able to connect to the site.

Working well in Central Florida with Spectrum Cable / Internet.

Also can't wait for my UQP to get here, arriving on Tuesday.

I'm sorry about that. And, I wasn't able to do anything about it today...didn't get a chance to let Tim know. I spent most of my day in the ER with my father and his wife. We will look into this more.

We canceled SiteLock...so everyone should be able to access our website now. Sorry about all the hassle...it truly has been one major hassle from our end!!
