My order of amsteel should be here any day now and I'll be doing the same, any tips? Specific tools I need to make the job easier?
Nice job done on yours.
i went to wally world and picked up a #5 knitting needle , a plastic yarn needle and some florist wire, watch as many vids as you can find ,and read these post ,take your time and you shouldn't have any trouble ,its really not that hard .
Nice job....what's the tape for on the Whoopie sling?
you are correct Mark,i didn't think to get any beads
That's what I though. I have found a better solution is to bury a 2" section of amsteel where you have the tape. I do this to all my whoopies....no bead to break.

I used a big washer for the bead on my diy whoopies. Not for the gram counter, but I like it.
Betcha can't stop splicing now!
How hard were the little yellow loops? Is that Dyneema?
Nicely done!!
