I would love to order this, but I asked my wife for down for xmas. I know she got me a new sewing machine (shhh, she doesn't know I know) so I'm hoping she gets me the down. I have 6(Over & Under for me and my 2 boys) quilts to make.

Any JRB standard family long model, such as the No Sniveller long, will work as well or better as a regular as an under quilt.... Probably 99% of the folk plannig to us a quilt in the under quilt mode will be fine with a regular, thus saving the cost of a long. When planning to use such a quilt for a top quilt or as a ground quilt those over 5-10 should use a long to ensure that the quilt will go over the shoulders and back to ground.
