Question on PIF's

Are all PIF's now posted on the thread started by Angry Sparrow?
Are there specific rules on that?
Sorry if I posted in the wrong place, I want to PIF something and would like it to be where most people get a chance.

All PIF's go in the existing thread. Yes, there are rules that are posted both in a thread in the PIF forum as well as at the beginning of that thread.
