Nx-200 vs 250
I have been looking at the clark website lately. I have always wanted to try out a clark hammock and might get a chance this winter. I have noticed a lot of people seem to be getting the 250 over the 200 and am wonder why. It seems like an identical hammock with poles to make the hammock seem bigger.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I personally chose the 250 over the other models for the extra "elbow room" that the poles seem to help create.
I owned a North American model previously, but I'm a big dude and needed a bit more room, width-wise. The NA was starting to affect me with a bit of shoulder squeeze. During the "buggiest" times of year here in South Florida the mosquitoes would also drive me mad, so I wanted something that kept the sides a little further away from me. The mosquitoes sit on the netting and wait for me to roll over in my sleep and press up against it. :cursing: Bloodthirsty devils!

I also was tossed between the 2 models and went with the 250. I liked the idea of having the poles to increase the "shoulder room." It also prevented yet another tie out to hold up the ceiling of the hammock. I also like the fact that the rain fly on the 250 is not attached ... which was just my personal preference.

Ditto on the extra internal room...
I like the preceived (may not be larger than the 200 but it sure seems so when laying inside) internal room that the 250 gives. I feels like I'm laying inside one of my small packpacking ground tents. I got the 250 for the extra head & foot room (could have gone with the 150) because I wanted the option of bringing my pack inside if needed. The extra foot of length also helps you lay flatter is you want.
