Clarifications on New HF Terms of Service

This thread is to answer any questions on the Terms of Service I just posted to the announcements section.

There's no real new info in there...just a consolidation of all the policies we've posted in different sections throughout the forum. We plan to clean up all those posts and keep the info consolidated in one easy-to-find location.

Please use this thread to ask for clarification on the policies, rather than to simply comment on them or ask us to change them.
