Dutch Quilt Hangers & HG Suspension (pic heavy)
Dutch's new quilt hangers/clips grabbed my attention as soon as they hit his site, but I wondered how they could be used with HG's two cord suspension system. Turns out that with a little thought they work well. This is how I've rigged mine:
Dutch quilt hanger with both primary and secondary suspension cords.

Push thicker cord through as intended.

Bring shock cord loop back over quilt hanger.

Clip shock cord into slots on quilt hanger, leaving a small loop standing proud at the front of the hanger.

Pass smaller secondary suspension cord through the loop.

Take secondary suspension loop over the top of the hanger

Pull primary suspension cord to take out the initial small loop

Pull secondary suspension cord to tighten the whole thing up

Job done. Both cords sit nicely against the hook.

Nothing groundbreaking but I'm pleased with how it works for my incubator. I had thought I'd need to tie both cords together with another loop of single cord before I could use the hangers, but this is far better.
Thanks for looking.
