Looking at the colour options, I would imagine calendared ripstop nylon, or maybe polyester.
Can't comment on shipping times.

Any plans to offer quilts in black? Also, have you played around with any draft collars? Maybe as an add on option if not a regular addition?

No plans for Draft collars. Out of 5000 some odd quilts we have only ever had one request for them...2 now. ;)
