I suppose one could get the Red 10-inch version (they come in a 4-pack) and take the heads off of the other two to make a custom 7-inch to 9-inch spreader bar, cutting the tapered end off to adjust for your preferred length.
My guess is that they could come in at just under 1-Oz for each.
One of the complaints of the backpacking light crowd is that the heads come off with pounding the stakes into the ground. One should be able to pull off the heads with a pair of pliers and epoxy them once a length is settled on.
Cutting the tapered end off two of the 10-inch stake and re-capping both with the 3rd and 4th donor caps with some epoxy might be a good way to get a light weight spreader bar with eyelets at each end for the Amsteel 7/64" set-ups.
